We met the modern way; on an app! Our first date was at the wonderful LA institution, Dan Tana's and our courtship flourished with hikes in Griffith Park, much museum going, beach dates, and trips to Palm Springs. Melody was living in the Design District in West Hollywood while Edward was based at his writers' bungalow in Silverlake where we now reside together with our rescue chihuahua Harvey.
Edward unofficially proposed marriage to Melody at the festive Mexican restaurant Tortilla Republic, in the heart of Weho. Melody happily accepted even though Edward didn't yet have the ring! He then officially proposed to Melody in the Silverlake Meadow with the gorgeous Porter-family heirloom diamond which was secured around the neck of our darling chihuahua Harvey.
We were married at the Beverly Hills Courthouse on February 17, 2017 in a very intimate ceremony, followed by cocktails at Georgie's at The Montage. The evening was topped off by a romantic dinner at Il Cielo.
